Controversial rocker Courtney Love has been sued by business management and accounting firm which claims she has cheated it out of $1 million.

TMZ.com reports that a lawsuit was filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court by London and amp; Co. The firm claims it was supposed to get five percent of the sale of a portion of the Nirvana publishing catalogue. It was sold for $19.5 million. By law, the firm should have got around $975,000.

The firm claims Love has not paid them and so they decided to sue her. Love is the widow of Nirvana lead singer Kurt Cobain.
