India's Mahesh Bhupathi and his Bahaman partner Mark Knowles moved into the quarter-finals of the $2,615,000 Rogers Master after getting a walkover against American Mardy Fish and Andy Roddick.
Bhupathi-Knowles, who are seeded fourth in the tournament, are yet to play a match in the tournament as they received a bye in the first round Wednesday.
Bhupathi can run into his Olympic partner Leander Paes in the quarter-final, if Paes and his Czech partner Lukas Dlouhy, seeded seventh, manage to get past Swiss pair Roger Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka in the pre-quarter final Thursday.
