Leander Paes and his Czech partner Lukas Dlouhy eliminated Swiss pair Roger Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka in straight sets to set up an quarter-final clash with Mahesh Bhupathi and Mark Knowles of Bahamas in Rogers Cup.

Paes-Dlouhy, seeded seventh, beat the combination of top-10 singles players 6-4, 6-4 in just under an hour Friday.

Fourth seeded Bhupathi and Knowles made it to the quarterfinal after receiving a walk over by Americans Andy Roddick and Mardy Fish in the second round.
