Actor Balthazar Getty's wife Rosetta Millington, who separated from him after his affair with actress Sienna Miller, is not taking the initiative to file the divorce fearing it will allow her ex-hubby to separate future earnings from her.

Millington is taking care of their four children and would be more financially secure if she doesn't file for divorce. That is why she is not taking initiative to annul their marriage, reports tmz.com.

On the other hand Getty doesn't have enough money and he is also not getting access to any of his family fortune. But he seems to be getting some kind of money from the TV show 'Brothers and Sisters'.

Getty's family is upset with him for his affair with Miller and they are all supporting Millington.
