'Kill Bill' actress Daryl Hannah has sued a hybrid electric bicycle company for using her name and picture in its ads without her permission.

According to tmz.com, Hannah filed the lawsuit in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She claims the bike company, Izip, have been using her name and photo to sell the product on its website and catalogue. One photo shows her riding the bike.

Part of the suit reads: 'Plaintiff will not voluntarily appear in print or other media unless she carefully selects and believes in the product and unless the compensation she received is commensurate with the value of the exploitation.'

Hannah, 47, is suing the company for more than a million dollars.
