India's campaign in archery came to an end with Mangal Singh Champa losing to Russia's Bair Badenov 108-109 in the pre-quarterfinal of the men's individual competition here Wednesday.

Earlier, Champia beat Vaezi Hojjatullah of Iran 112-98 in the first round at the Olympic Archery Green stadium.

The Indian women archers were eliminated Tuesday.
