Attempts seemingly aiming to inform the public, esply. already youth trapped by the hallucinatory but absolutely fatal pleasures of drinking and drugs,are like mere humbug though they mean some revenue for the propagandists of this type due to the advertising value for their records (CDs,DVDs,video/audio tape cassettes).THE ONE AND THE ONLY LEAST HARMFUL METHOD WILL BE TO OFFER MINIMUM ENVIRONMENT FOR THESE ABUSES. And it is to put a ban on their production, import and to raise an impregnable barrier against their smuggling. The govt.,being itself run by many drug pushers and drunkards, won't do this,and it is also bolstered by huge revenues (thru excise,customs)from the liquor industry.Drug smuggling is a big avenue of income for the customs and police department officials, never mind it being at the roots of terrorist finance.
