Why aren't there more women composers in Bollywood?

There are women directing and editing films in Bollywood, but they are yet to carve a niche as music composers. Except for Usha Khanna of 'Dil Deke Dekho' fame and Sneha Khanwalkar, who gave the music for 'Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!', the Hindi film industry doesn't have many names to boast of.10:30 AM on June 09
