Spirituality is the fountain spring of ethics and morals which also form the basis of true religion. India's realty industry has already wrought havoc with many NRIs. who invested their hard earnings to own and live in, or have as investment, houses in cities. One should hope India's holy centres where the real estate business is making foray will bring about a change in their business ethics and morals.
