AP is quite fortunate that it has the benefits of a reservoir of IT talented people from its universities since decades ago, with a no. of computer centres of CSIR and DRDO, etc.,acgting as pioneers in comp.science to provide experience.Casteist quotas were absent until recently which enabled a proper merit-based selection of people to acquire skills thoroughly. IT and related industries got a tremendous fillip due to the largest no.of Indian IT personnel going abroad and doing assignments there, plus a no.of businesses being promoted or sponsored by them. By contrast neighbouring TN lacked these advantages.Indeed AP is poised to shine as a hub of IT industry even compared to karnataka whose politicians are so selfish, hypocritical toward people,and lost the mileage they logged previously in IT.
