One Pay Commission for every deapartment was of the past economy, now India is growing a superpower. Traditional one Pay Commissions is just a repeatuion of poor economy. If at all a traditional pay commission needed it should be for the employees of the Administrative Services only. Other services such as Defense, Postal, Scientists, Railways, Armed Forces, Teachers, etc should not be included in the administrative pay scale. Their's should be separate of their standards. Otherwise, no one Pay Commission can match the charasmatic. Employees should be hired to serve in the departmental standards and the pay scale. It is invation of privacy of an employee to publizise how much is the salary. For the most skilled professions such as Scientists it is not fair to be on a uniform pay scale, like of other superpowers it should be through private agencies.

Medical guidence education in our secondary school level should be a priority a than sex education. Advantages, side effects, curing mechanism, preventing sickness, side effects of various chemicals are to be taught in school for today's world for an intellectual future precations to be taken. This will also talent many students to medical field in the world demand more of them. People can live longer and healthier if proper medical knowledge is given at early life. And in this curriculam sex education can be taught too.

may be the officer have little more educated but the difference of 5000 is injustice. there is no value for the life of a jawan. here we have to think an offocer and a jawan both are human being and the value of life also equal, just think about the irony here

Even though I was an Education Havildar, I volunteered and served at the extreme edge battlefront of 1965 war distributing food, water and home letters to advancing jawans in the trenches, which was a life giving risky job. It was life and death moments than talking facing bullets. The importance of my service in the midest of flying bullets was crucial to over all performance. The jawans in the trenches have had no hope of seeing the Sunrise next morning and I had no hope even reaching upto the next trench where our soldiers were awaiting for me. I think there should be war time risk allowances to all ranks for serving at the extreme edge points in addition to the newly introduced Rs 1000 and Rs 6000. No civilian life truly and honestly can undersand the military and war time life, ask any soldier served in a war. By the way, I left the service early pensionless. I think no civilian should criticize on military pay and allowances, leave it in the hands of experts. Dr Edayil Ittycheria Abraham Ph D, Rev Father. Ex-Service virjawans@yahoo.co.in

their is a shortage of officer in the army and the shortage is in the middle level only. Every officer at the unit level is doing minimum of 3 appointment that is to say three duty. My request is that their should be a appointment pay that is for every additional duty the officer has to be paid

as always, its the top brass which takes the bulk of the benefits. PBORs are once again seen as an unwanted lot. sample this, Rs 20 pm for maintenance allowance and Re 1 per day for rum allowance. god knows who will satisfy them at that rate.

It is not the soldiers who fight it is the officers who make them fight. The uniqueness of Indian Army inspite of its low grade of armory is that their officers lead their men from the front. It is not a question of bullet it is a question of importance. Why Inder dont you have the caliber to becomew an officer. Be one aned demand your share. I hope people of India will understand and accept the challenge

Only Rs 1000/- Mil Pay for Soldier compare to Rs 6000/- for officers in Army. Life of Officer 6 foldg important than soldier. Why would I face bullet.
