By way of a general comment based on this news, while it is heartening to know that several projects are being 'appraised' and approved in a hitherto neglected sector of infrastructure, the PPAC should enlighten the public with info on the +ve and the -ve experiences gained with such projects already in OPERATION. The law makers shd.,besides, study such information and amend the relevant laws, rules and practices based on PPAC's reports. This is because there may be peculiarities to be learnt in the public and private sectors' collaborations.
