Airports development in India even at the point of starting seems filled with voracious developers. GMR and GVK, both unheard of names in airport devpt. until very recently,perhaps grossly mismanaged the projects they undertook,or wanted to join the general race to mulct the passengers (and other consumers) who now earn much better incomes in the booming economy.
