The 30-share benchmark sensitive index of the Bombay Stock Exchange opened Friday with a loss of 325.06 points at 14,451.95 points.

The S and amp;P Nifty of the National Stock Exchange opened at 4,440.85 points with a gain of 7.30 points compared to its last close.
