IT industry is not a location specific one, since it is not tied to proximity of markets or raw material centres. The existence of talented manpower helps. Calicut (Kozhikode) is among the numerous centres in India which enjoy good manpower access for the IT. It therefore only makes sense if IT industry studies such centres more, and benefit by this advantage with IT units operating from there, for international and national clients.HOWEVER, IT IS KERALA, IT BUSINESSMEN TAKE CARE TO KEEP THOSE OUTDATED UNIONS OFF FROM THIS INDUSTRY.
