Dabur India Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs.1,069.6 million for the quarter ended Sep 30, as compared to Rs.905.5 million in the corresponding quarter last year, the company said Thursday.

Dabur's total income has increased to Rs.5,941.2 million for the quarter under review from Rs.5,150.60 million in the same period last fiscal.

The group has posted a consolidated net profit after minority interest of Rs.1,078.2 million for the quarter, as compared to Rs.965.7 million the second quarter last fiscal.

Total income has increased from Rs.5,917.7 million for the quarter ended Sep 30, 2007 to Rs.7,056.60 million in the current quarter.
