Indian Oil Corp. Ltd and GAIL (India) Ltd Friday signed a memorandum of understanding for setting up a cracker complex at Barauni, in Bihar.

The agreement was signed by GAIL chairman U.D. Choubey and IOC chairman Sarthak Behuria.

As per the deal, a joint working committee shall be formed for undertaking techno-economic feasibility study of the project.
