Staff scam: Delhi Mayor wants CBI probe, rules out new hiring

Delhi Mayor Kanwar Sain and other elected members of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) Thursday demanded a Central Bureau of Investigation probe into the scandal of 22,853 'non-existent' employees drawing salaries every month.
