The contraption being tried by Savita Engg. College may be of some use, assuming it really works, and is properly priced and sold to the US,when the device is perfected. IT is rather doubtful if it will be of much use in Indian conditions, given abundance of cheap labour,which can make excellent sambar, idli, dosa, rasam, Naan, and many Punjabi and Bengali items, if it is trained by some expert traiditional cooks,not in "catering technology" institutes.
