Shambo is a herd animal, the only way it will live is to be kept alone for the rest of its life.
As it has bovine tb it could not be allowed any contact with other cattle.
This is both cruel and immoral. Besides an outbreak of bovine tb could kill many people as well as decimating the Welsh meat trade.
