Winehouse's drug addiction worries Zutons' frontman

From correspondents in London, England, 01:00 PM IST

Dave McCabe, rock band Zutons' frontman, say singer Amy Winehouse has 'gone too far' with her drug addiction.

Zutons' song 'Valerie' was turned into a hit by the troubeld British singer. McCabe, who is worried about Winehouse's addiction, is hoping that she can transform herself.

Thesun.co.uk reports him saying: 'I hope Amy sorts it out. But does she wanna sort it out? Because the way she's being treated now, I think it may have gone too far. She's like, 'You know, I can't even be bothered dealing with all this situation'.

'She might just like to be a husky singer in a shady club, which could be good as well. I hope she sorts it out. I hope she becomes happy, and if she's happy now then fair enough.'
