Singer Will Young, whose career took off after he won the talent show 'X Factor', says he is more scared of acting than singing.

Young had appeared in the 2005 movie 'Mrs. Henderson Presents' and also played the lead role in Noel Coward's play 'The Vortex'.

Ananova.com quotes him as saying: 'The film and the play I'm really chuffed with -- the play more so because it was one of the scariest things I've ever done in my life. Music is nothing in terms of fear, compared to going out on a stage on press night - that is just absolutely terrifying.'

He will be out with his fourth album 'Let It Go'. It will be released Sep 29.
