Now Avril Lavigne launches clothing line for 'young girls'

From correspondents in London, England, 03:32 PM IST

A year after launching her Abbey Dawn collection for young boys, singer Avril Lavigne is expanding by including clothing line for girls as well.

The Abbey Dawn children's line will debut in two weeks and will be a cuddlier version of the singer's own rock and roll style, featuring layered tees with friendly skull graphics and comfortable leggings, reported people.com.

'We have a really cute zebra hoodie with ears,' she said.

In addition to helping kids find their inner, Lavigne will debut a new fragrance with Proctor and amp; Gamble called Black Star this summer.

'It's really me in a bottle,' she says of the perfume, which took two years to create.

The singer said that her fashion and beauty endeavours are a reflection of her own evolving personal style.
