Hollywood actor Patrick Swayze will be remembered on the upcoming season of the reality dance show 'Dancing With The Stars'.

The participants will perform interpretive dances to the music from his hit films 'Dirty Dancing' and 'Ghost', reported imdb.com.

The dancer-actor, who lost his battle with cancer Monday, was a guest teacher on the first series of the hit series in 2005. He'll be honoured during an episode on Sep 23.

'He inspired many people and many of our pros to dance,' said a spokesperson of the show.
