Hollywood singer-actress Lindsay Lohan has denied reports suggesting that she had been admitted to hospital for psychiatric help.

The 'Mean Girls' actress has slammed reports that she is mentally unwell, adding it was one of the few things she had never previously heard said about herself, reported contactmusic.com

'My publicist called me and said she has heard I was in a psychiatric ward. What is wrong with people? I'm working but that's one I've never heard about myself before,' she said.

Lindsay had been completed three stints in rehabilitation, but insists she has conquered her demons and now wants to use her experiences to help others.
