if ms. choudary says it is misuse of law, when 'law' could be misused as against a senior congressman and a cabinet minister at the centre, could it not be misused against others, the common man, who suffers in silence as against the atrocities of police and the woman side......... the answer is very simple... when the law is being misused as against a sitting central minister, it could be misused 100000 times as against the people in society..... let the government rethink about such laws and their implementation.....
i should really congratulate ms. choudhary to have made a honest point - having admitted that it was 'mis used'... mr. singh enjoys the support of a national party, cabinet collegues, mps, etc., etc., and what can a poor man subjected to atrocities and misuse of law do ? .... it is time for her to think in how many other cases the same was misused ?..... members please enlighten ms. choudhary on the point......
