Global condemnation of such massive outrage is fine: it is a form of world's profound moral support to us, in India,at this hour of deep tragedy. Yet we are constrained to act locally, and that is where, given our politicians' and administration's behaviour which suggests it is none of their business except to take it on records, and concern themselves with the next round of polls. One top official was heard to say, he could not jump to conclusions, as if the so many atrocities of this same genre are not enough for him to know what is happening and who is causing these.
