Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Wednesday reiterated his condemnation of the Jaipur serial blasts that claimed 63 lives, saying the 'best tribute' to those killed would be to understand the 'nefarious designs' of those who wanted to communally divide the country.
'The best tribute we can pay to those killed is to understand the nefarious designs of those who want to communally divide the country,' he told reporters on the sidelines of a defence investiture here.
'Terrorists have the advantage of surprise but there is no lack of firmness in our resolve to fight terror,' the prime minister maintained.
Asked who were behind the blasts, Manmohan Singh replied: 'It will be premature to say anything at this point. It may interfere with the investigation process.'
