The Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Gujarat police conducted searches in 35 different cyber cafes in Ahmedabad and booked 11 cafe owners for violating rules and not maintaining records of surfers, the police said here Friday.12:02 AM on May 17

It is not correct to focus in detection, too much on cybercafes as tho terrorists use ONLY the internet for chalking up their conspircies. There are mobile phones too, besides quick transport like air and faked passports to go out to international terrorist brain centres.The cybercafes serve a good purpose for visitors who are mostly normal people.
