It is ubiquitous and if the govt.gets the courage to admit this,it will face an almost impossible challenge to bring to book a whole chain involving doctors,nurses,middlemen, even other nursing homes. Our present day "professionals"area highly atheistic/unethical lot, not the like of the bygone,god-fearing VAIDYAS who would accept what is tendered in gratitude by patients AFTER they are cured.
