This case in Bihar which is prima facie one of murder is not a lone one of its kind nor this type of crimes is confined to Bihar. All over India, competitive and public exam.papers are tampered with or inserted with substitutes by interested candidates as the concerned officials get very handsome money for doing so. Non obliging by any honest officer or responsible person is threated with murder and MLAs, MPs intervene at different stages of these crimes to take their cut, but the criminals of course do not 'oblige' indignant or affected public with legally valid proofs and evidences which can be produced in courts if cases are to be filed to demand justice. It is almost too late India can be saved from corruption.
