Rajesh Talwar discharged in Noida double murder

A court here Friday acquitted dentist Rajesh Talwar, who was charged by the Noida police with killing his teenaged daughter Aarushi and the family's domestic help Hemraj.

Talwar would be released after furnishing of two sureties of Rs.500,000 each and a personal bond, a special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court ordered.

Earlier Friday, the CBI had said no evidence had been found against Talwar in the Noida double murder case.
