Businessman commits suicide in capital

Depressed over financial losses, a 28-year-old businessman allegedly committed suicide in south Delhi Sunday.

According to police, "a call was received in the morning about the incident. Etendra Yadav committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling at his residence in Tigri Extension area of south Delhi."

Yadav was involved in import-export of garments.

"He had suffered huge losses in business due to which his factory was closed," a police official said.

He said the police suspected business losses as the reason behind Yadav's suicide. Investigations in the case were on.
