Same old problem with Pakistan if it is to really cooperate on terrorism tackling with India. It is a nonfunctional state with a logjam perpetually between its "government", people divided by diverse sectarian Jihadi ideologies, as well as Afghani, Arab, Kashmiri and own homegrown Madrasa type Islamists who are so superstitutions about Jihadi they will not fit into modern democracy and move forward.Perhaps India shd.moot UN. permanent rule in Pak and B Desh.
