At least three children were killed and 13 injured Monday when their school van collided with a railway engine at an unmanned crossing in this border district of Punjab.

Railway Minister Mr Laloo Prasad should stop the mindless cutting of costs in this dept. and hyping up railways as most profitable like never, and start directing his responsibilities to effectively improving safety and comfort aspects - beginning with making unmanned crossing manned ones. Will create scope for lot of opportunities for jobs in the process, too.
