The 7-0 whitewash in Delhi, within six months of the convincing win of the Congress in the assembly elections, was in large measure an affirmation of the policies and persona of two people - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.5:32 PM on May 17
