India set 309 target for Pakistan

India set Pakistan 309 runs to win in a Super-Four match of the Asia Cup cricket at the National Stadium here Wednesday.

Electing to bat, India scored 308 for the loss of seven wickets in 50 overs.

Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni top scored with 76 runs while Rohit Sharma made 58. Virender Sehwag struck 49 off 33 balls. Iftikhar Anjum took three for 51 for Pakistan.
