So many reasons have been given for ex PResident and ardent science devotee and scientist, Mr Kalm being asked to keep away from delivering the address, that the whole thing is an exercise of politicians and officials of Bihar in what is called obfuscation. That is, a clumsy way of hiding the truth with a highly improbable event of no. of facts coincidentally happening. Obfuscation is too crude for any but idiots to agree with as sense.
