In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Madhya Pradesh government has transferred 25 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officials.

Amongst those who have been affected by the move Thursday are Devendra Singhai, who has been moved from the post of relief commissioner to member secretary of the State Planning Board, and R.K. Swai who was commissioner of the state housing board and has been posted as secretary, Public Health Engineering (PHE).
