The Congress party, which is already in the poll mode, Saturday named a few more spokespersons.

The new names were cleared at a meeting of the party general secretaries at Congress chief Sonia Gandhi's 10 Janpath residence.

The new spokespersons are central ministers Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi, Prithviraj Chavan, Renuka Chowdhury, Kumari Selja, Pawan Kumar Bansal, Anand Sharma, Ajay Maken, party general secretary Digvijay Singh, MPs Jitin Prasada, Keshav Rao and former Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Salman Khurshid.

The party already has Manish Tewari, Jayanthi Natarajan, Abhishek Singhvi and Shakeel Ahmed as spokespersons.
