Low is high in Haryana!

Having only 14 women from among 210 candidates in the fray for the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana may be a low for many. But for the state, which has one of the worst sex ratios in the country (over 800 females for every 1,000 males), this is actually a high!8:33 PM on April 23
