From correspondents in West Bengal, India, 11:00 PM IST

Peaceful re-polling was held at six booths of three Lok Sabha constituencies in West Bengal Sunday, state Election Commission officials said.

'The polling was peaceful. There were no untoward incidents,' state Chief Electoral Officer Debasish Sen told reporters here.

The highest polling was 92 percent at a booth at Salboni in the Jhargram constituency, he said.

Repolling was held in two booths in the Siliguri assembly segment of the Darjeeling parliamentary constituency, in Nayagram and Salboni of Jhargram, and two booths under the Bishnupur constituency.

Sen said repolling will be held Monday in two booths - one in the Raiganj constituency of North Dinajpur district and the other in the Balurghat constituency of South Dinajpur district.
