Every party, every group in negotiations: NDA's Sharad Yadav

From correspondents in Delhi, India, 05:33 PM IST

National Democratic Alliance (NDA) convenor Sharad Yadav Tuesday said it was making all out efforts to form a coalition government at the centre and everybody was in touch with everybody.

'Every party, every group is in negotiations and everybody is in everybody's touch. Our alliance, NDA, will emerge as the biggest coalition and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will be the largest party,' Yadav, who is also the Janata Dal-U president, told reporters here.

Both the NDA and UPA have begun hectic lobbying much before the election results scheduled for May 16 as it's becoming more apparent that none of the coalitions is in a position to form the government at the centre.

'Hamara gathbandhan sabse bada gathbandhan hai. BJP sabse badi party banke ubharegi (Our alliance, the NDA, is the biggest alliance. The BJP will emerge as the single largest party),' said Yadav.
