Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Monday left for Russia on a three-day visit to attend two multilateral summits - his maiden overseas visit since beginning his second term last month that will also be marked by his first meeting with Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari since the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
