There is no dearth of info sources on real estate (developers,etc.). We want info on honest, trustworthy parties from beginning to end, and full legal insulation against failures or downright frauds of real estate businessmen. Even some recommended ones turn out to be well-dressed/educated frauds appearing very refined and cultured. In the US,they will be put in jail with expeditious enquiry to bare their veils.

There are too many shady elements among real estate players all over India - Kolkatta to Chennai/Kochi thru Mumbai. The SMS-based guys should not be one high tech innovation of this type. The truth of what I say can be easily verified by a survey of a random sample of the victims of even some "well reputed" players.

The real estate sector of our economy continues to be better referred to as a mafia being propped up by politicians and antisocials in the most undetectably hideous ways.
