NSE.IT, a 100% subsidiary of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSEIL) announced that former MphasiS executive Ramesh Padmanabhan has been named Chief Executive Officer. Ramesh will replace the former CEO Mr. Satish Naralkar who has decided to move out of NSE.IT. Mr. Satish Naralkar has spent 14 years with the NSE group and has earned great respect in the Information Technology industry. After 8 years of his leadership at NSE.IT, the former CEO Mr.Naralkar has decided to move on and join another multinational organisation.
Ramesh was with MphasiS in various senior management roles prior to joining NSE.IT and comes with 25 plus years of rich experience in the Information Technology industry. A veteran in the financial services outsourcing domain Ramesh has prior experience in building organizations, growing them and taking them to the international markets.
Ramesh has played various roles in senior management across business functions and has worked with organizations like IBM, Kanbay, and TCS.
