The yoga video is shot at the beautiful backwaters of Gods own country 'Kerala'. Directed by Manisha Jha, under the instruction of Yoga instructor Shiv Kumar Mishra and produced by Shilpa Shetty, Shilpa's Yoga is very well executed, picturised on the scenic beach with ceremonial elephants and Kalaripayattu fighters in the background and the demonstration of Asanas in a simplified manner . A release function was held with Shilpa Shetty present with eminent personalities.
The event was hosted by Mr. Atul Maroo of M/s Shemaroo Entertainment in association with M/s JMD Limited and Hospitality Partner Hotel Crown Plaza. This running time of over 60 minutes approx. The VCD's are launched in Hindi & English priced at Rs 99/- & Rs 149/- respectively.
