The objective of this model is to resale defect free system within in time by cutting QA budgets.

Pay Per Defect Model

We have designed “Pay Per Defect Model” by leveraging a decade of experience in software testing industry with excellent track record in all aspects of Software Testing, from critical path cutting-edge technologies to core enterprise product lines. This will allow our vendors achieving higher quality software releases significantly cutting QA budgets, simultaneously managing multiple software releases. In this model, initially we will understand the client requirement and identifying the type of testing service required test. We will also prepare a test specification document parallel to customer specification document. We will also create required simulated test user infrastructure to execute under real world user scenarios with the help of client.

In the next phase our Skilled QA engineers, and experts validate the system to find actual bug’s from GUI, Functional and Technical perspective. Parallel to this our Domain Experts will review those defects before submitting the actual defects to the client. All the approved defects will be uploaded into defect tracker and will be released to client reference as testing deliverables. Each defect log will carry the below details with defect Severity, Priority and Category.

The cost structure of each defect found is 15 USD, irrespective of any defect category. This model will make our vendors confident that their QA budget is applied directly for bugs that actually affect the product we will also charge the same amount per each defect fix in regression cycle to ensure the proper fixes and application functionality.
