Sheila Gulati, General Manager, Microsoft Corporation, joins the Advisory Board of Aurigo Software

Aurigo Software Technologies, a leading software products and solutions provider in the field of infrastructure with offices in New York and Bangalore, India, added a new feather to its cap today by announcing the appointment of Sheila Gulati, General Manager of Application Platform and Developer Marketing group, Microsoft Corporation as it’s new member on the Advisory Board. Ms. Gulati will be advising Aurigo's management team on marketing, eco-system partnerships and product evangelism strategies.

At Microsoft Corporation Ms. Sheila Gulati is responsible for driving all aspects of marketing for a variety of application platforms and developer technologies including SQL Server, Visual Studio and BizTalk Server.

Welcoming Ms.Gulati, the company’s CEO & Founder Mr. Balaji said, “We're very excited to have Sheila on our advisory board. Her rich experience at Microsoft which encompasses marketing, technical evangelism and business strategy development across global markets will be an asset to Aurigo as we expand our presence in the US, EMEA and APAC regions”.

This appointment comes at a critical juncture as Aurigo's construction management product suite Aurigo BRIX 5.0 is getting widely accepted worldwide, both as a stand-alone construction management solution and in conjunction with the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP platform.

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. She started her career in the Silicon Valley as an Investment Banker at Robertson Stephens where she worked with technology companies.

In her free time, she enjoys yoga, travel and water sports like scuba diving.
