Ramco Systems, a leading provider of Software products & services and Hindustan University (Chennai), one of the most sought after institutes in India for aeronautical engineering have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form a strategic alliance for providing industrial input to the students of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS) for mutual benefit. The collaboration mainly focuses on Ramco’s Aviation-MRO-Software Training Program.
The MOU is to build industry-academia relationship and empower students for the corporate world. The newly formed collaboration between Ramco and Hindustan University will help impart domain knowledge to the prospective students of not only aeronautical and mechanical engineering but also management students with engineering background , in the rapidly emerging field of Aviation-MRO.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Thamizha Nambi, VP Aviation Solutions, Ramco Systems, said - “This is an excellent platform to exchange and share research knowledge and industry best practices from the Ramco Aviation Solutions group to students aspiring for a career in Aviation. This strategic initiative will enable HITS students to improve their employability and fast-track their growth in the Aviation MRO industry. Such a collaborative engagement of Ramco Systems on Aviation MRO with a University is the first of its kind in this part of the world.”
